From time immemorial, the average religious African believes that the endemic poverty in the continent is spiritual and therefore can only be dealt with through prayers and fasting or offering of sacrifices to appease some deities somewhere, they believe so strongly that the sufferings of the African man are the direct consequences of their disobedience to God or their deities.
Permit me to state clearly that the endemic poverty in Africa is neither caused by God or a deity but by ignorance, laziness and bad governance which till date still remains the major reason why the continent inspite of her many human and material resources is classified as the poorest continent in the world.
As an intercessor, I believe in the existence of spiritual forces, however, I do not agree with those insinuations that attempts to spiritualize the poverty in Africa, I have always maintained that there are many countries outside Africa that are neither Christians nor Muslims or worshippers of any known deity and yet, they are so prosperous.
What Africa and Africans require to escape from the endemic poverty in the continent is not to sleep in religious houses praying for prosperity but to key into the noble and life transforming platforms such as The Black Wall Street "Charles N. Lambert corridor" which has liberated many poor Africans by not only making them wealthy but empowering them to create wealth.
