WHO STOLE YOUR GLORY? (Series 2). The glory thieves in our families can be likened to some biblical characters such as Herod, Jezebel, Pharaoh, King Saul and so on, their actions are often propelled by envy, jealousy, greed and desperation to remain relevant and dominant and so, they will always look for every available means to harvest or steal potentially great glories that they perceive may outshine them and their children. On envy and jealousy, the wicked in our families just like the biblical Herod hates rivalry, they will not accept any attempt by anyone else in the family to be like them and their children and so, they deploy every diabolical power at their disposal to snatch any wonderful glory they perceive is in the making. On greed, the glory destroyers in our families are not in anyway different from the biblical Jezebel who inspite of the many vineyards at her disposal still went for the only one left for Naboth by his late father, check out such Jezebelic characters in our families and all you will see are evil minded men and women whose children are all graduates and gainfully employed but will never allow any other child in that same family to be educated like theirs. ......TO BE CONTINUED ...... There's no doubt that the church here in Nigeria desperately needs prayers considering the many challenges therein,the church is seriously pleagued by all manners of crisis which in my opinion are all man made as Christ Jesus made it clear in the bible that he will build his church upon the rock and the gate of hell shall not prevail over it.
