THE CONSEQUENCES OF PARENTAL FAILURE (PART 4 )

Believe it or not, the real reason why there are many crisis in our society is simply because parents are neglecting their God given roles over their children, today's parents no longer apply discipline as a tool of correction and this is a very big problem as we now have children who behaves in whatever way they so desire. Before now, parents determines what happens in the family but now children in most homes are left to decide for themselves what cloth to wear, what hairstyles to make or cut and most disappointing of them all is that children from Christian homes now determines the church they attend different from the church you were brought up.
   There's an urgent need for parents take control of the affairs in their family, failure to do so will amount to negligence on their path, parents must be ready to lead from the front as this is the only acceptable way to rid the society of all manners of antisocial behaviors.

When I hear stories of Pastors who are always in the habit of running from pillar to post on accounts that their lives are under attack by witches and wizards, I laugh and at the same time weep for the church of God, is it not shameful that ministers of God who ought to be terrors to the kingdom of darkness are now the ones running from them? According to the scriptures, children are gifts or blessings from God but truth be told, the alarming rate of antisocial behaviours by the young people in our today's world leaves one wondering if parents truly appreciates or cherish such blessings. Parenting is a very serious business that requires the total commitment of parents and in all honesty any parent who is not ready to give his or her all has no business bringing any child into the world as such children may end up as terrors to the entire society.
