But for the timely intervention of elders in a community located somewhere in Alagbado Lagos, Nigeria. A popular African church in the community was almost set ablaze by angry youths who where protesting against the church choir master for impregnating two sisters whom they claimed are members of the church choir, the unfortunate incident which was described as a complete show of shame by an elder in the church attracted so much crowd as the community elders struggled to percify the angry youths.
Chatting via the telephone with an witness, it was gathered that the cookies of his many atrocities inside the church crumbled after the civil servant mum of the young girls discovered their strange early morning behaviours and not wanting to be seen as a careless mother, it was said that the woman who earns her living as a cleaner in the local government quickly took them to a nearby clinic where several tests were conducted on them and to her greatest shock, the results revealed that both girls were pregnant.
While disclosing further, the eye-witness who could not hide his disgust for such irresponsible behaviour narrated how the poor widowed mother of the sixteen and eighteen years old girls raised an alarm that attracted lots of people in the neighborhood and without wasting time, the youths quickly mobilized themselves and headed straight to the choir master's rented apartment with all manners of weapons in their hands but sadly, the choir master who appeared to have gotten wind of the development was said to have escaped to an unknown destination.
Upon investigation, it was reliably gathered that the pregnant girls who could not comprehend the misfortune that befell them wept uncontrollably before the elders of the community as they narrated how the randy choirmaster on many occasions invited them to his house for songs and voice training only to start making love to them, they confessed that until the discovery that they were pregnant, none of them knew that were that the choir master was sleeping with two of them.
