LET'S PRAY FOR THE CHURCH (PART 4)

Truth be told, one of the greatest challenges confronting the church of God here in Nigeria is that of biased doctrinal teachings and this is the reason why many church goers are ready to die in defence of their church doctrines but not in defence of the name of Christ Jesus the saviour of their souls,these unscriptual behaviour by supposed Christians are largely responsible for the many divisions and disunity in the body of Christ. Ordinarily the body of Christ ought to be one but the unpleasant behaviours of church overseers who are always pitching their flocks against Christians of other denominations whom they accuse of not following the scriptural standard but let me ask who is actually following the scriptural standard here in Nigerian churches and when did God appoint anyone a judge on doctrinal matters? If things must change, church overseers themselves must as a matter of urgency desist from the unnecessary confusion they create with their so called doctrine, they must begin to centre their messages on the doctrine of Christ Jesus as entrenched in the scriptures and not the doctrine of man as currently practiced.LET'S PRAY FOR THE CHURCH. According to the scriptures, children are gifts or blessings from God but truth be told, the alarming rate of antisocial behaviours by the young people in our today's world leaves one wondering if parents truly appreciates or cherish such blessings.
